Jacque Kudner has a passion to create and has always viewed art as one of the most important aspects of her life. She began her career as a high school art teacher in Michigan and while raising her children, Elizabeth and Chris, she developed and taught a much needed art curriculum for their middle school. Jacque has also volunteered her creative services to local charities as well as designed and made collectible teddy bears, Jacquebears. These one-of-a-kind, original teddy bears were featured in The Complete Book of Teddy Bears and in several issues of Teddy Bear and Friends Magazine. The bears were also exhibited at the Teddy Bear Museum in Naples, Florida and sold in toy stores throughout the U.S.
Jacque now works as an artist, using her talented eye to find antique treasures to create her re-imagined designs. The common theme in Jacque’s work is her love of beautiful vintage things. Her latest venture, Remagine Designs , specializes in vintage handmade jewelry, accessories, home decor and collectible pieces of art. Drawing from Victorian era inspiration, Kudner creates a unique blend of past and present with creativity, sophistication and a look that is truly one-of-a-kind. You can find Jacque’s one of a kind creations at The Scarab, a boutique in Minturn, Colorado, as well as at events and pop-up trunk shows throughout Colorado and Michigan.
